Coquitlam FC offers a program for beginners, returning players, and those new to the club. This program focuses on building physical literacy in a fun and engaging environment while introducing players to the excitement of small-sided games.
Young athletes will create lasting memories as they participate in age-appropriate activities designed to spark their love for soccer and foster a lifelong commitment to active, healthy living.
Our Spring sessions will be both outdoors and indoors, with boys and girls training together.

Beginners and Returning Players: Building Skills, Fun, and Physical Literacy
Our Fall/Winter season is an exciting opportunity for players to develop their soccer skills and physical literacy in a fun, indoor environment. Running from September to March, this program is perfect for beginners and returning players eager to enhance their game while enjoying the sport.
Exact locations and times will be announced once indoor schedules are finalized.
1 weeknight practice, 1 game each week (details will be shared as soon as allotments are confirmed)
U6 Boys Game Schedule – 11am or Noon
U6 Girls Game Schedule – 10 am
