Competitive Youth Soccer Program

This program is the final phase of preparation for competitive youth players, focusing on maximizing performance in all aspects of the game. At this stage, players are trained to peak for major competitions while developing advanced skills and tactics.


Key Focus Areas:

  • Game Tactics: Understanding phases of the game, combinational play, and advanced strategies.
  • Physical Preparation: Emphasis on power, strength, speed, explosiveness, and stamina to complement technical skills.
  • High-Intensity Training: Sessions are designed with high intensity and volume, balanced by frequent rest periods.

This phase is particularly effective for players aged 13-15, as it aligns with natural growth spurts that enhance physical development.


Program Details:

  • Weekly Training: Two sessions per week.
  • Games: Played on Saturday evenings or Sundays.
